Guide a Young Changemaker To Have Real Impact!

At Touching Heart, we believe kids aren’t just the leaders of tomorrow—they’re the changemakers of today. Through our Kids On A Mission (KOAM) program, youth ages 8–18 turn compassion into action by creating and launching their own fundraising events or service campaigns. With the support of dedicated adult volunteers like you, their big ideas become real impact.

As a KOAM Coach, you’ll mentor one or more students through a 4–8 week project, offering encouragement, support, and guidance every step of the way. You’ll help them stay on track, work through challenges, and celebrate milestones as they develop essential skills in leadership, teamwork, planning, and problem-solving.

This is more than just a volunteer role—it’s an opportunity to give back what you’ve learned through your own life and professional journey. Whether you’ve worked in education, business, nonprofit leadership, or simply have a heart for helping kids grow, your experience can be a powerful gift.
