At Touching Heart, we believe kids aren’t just the leaders of tomorrow—they’re the changemakers of today. Through our Compassion in Action Online and our Kids On A Mission (KOAM) programs, youth turn compassion into action. With the support of dedicated adult volunteers like you, their big ideas become real impact.

As a Compassion in Action Online Coach, you’ll lead a dynamic 4-week online experience that helps kids turn kindness into action. You’ll spark meaningful discussions, guide hands-on service projects, and keep kids motivated as they explore how compassion can create real change. It’s a chance to inspire the next generation of leaders while helping them grow in confidence, empathy, and heart.

As a Kids on a Mission Coach, you’ll mentor one or more students through a 4–8 week project, culminating in their own charity fundraising event. You'll offer encouragement, support, and guidance every step of the way. And you’ll help them stay on track, work through challenges, and celebrate milestones as they develop essential skills in leadership, teamwork, planning, and problem-solving.
